Mission

Lead our sales strategy, build strong relationships with partners, and drive revenue growth across diverse markets, including maritime, humanitarian, military, and consumer sectors.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across B2B and B2C channels.

  • Identify and establish relationships with distributors, retailers, and key partners in maritime, humanitarian, and retail markets.

  • Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and market positioning.

  • Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to the needs of clients and partners.

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.

  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.

  • Represent Vital Lyfe at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the brand and build networks.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience in the water treatment, desalination, maritime, or consumer technology industries.

  • Existing network of distributors or partners in relevant markets.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability.
