What you will be doing:

The Recruiting Operations Specialist will play a critical role in optimizing our recruiting processes, managing our talent acquisition technologies, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates from interview through the onboarding process and working with hiring managers throughout the candidate lifecycle. Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization & Management:
    • Analyze, document, and streamline end-to-end recruiting workflows to improve efficiency, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the candidate/hiring manager experience.
    • Identify bottlenecks and inconsistencies in the recruitment process and propose innovative solutions.
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials for the recruiting team and hiring managers.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Recruiting Technology & Systems Management:
    • Administer and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS- Greenhouse), ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and efficient utilization.
    • Manage and support other recruiting tools and platforms
    • Troubleshoot system issues and serve as a primary point of contact for recruiting technology vendors.
    • Research and recommend new technologies to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics, and candidate pipeline health.
    • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, insights, and areas for strategic improvement.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and business stakeholders.
  • Candidate Experience & Coordination Support:
    • Champion an exceptional candidate experience by ensuring timely communication, professional interactions, and a smooth interview process.
    • Be the primary contact for recruiting coordination, which will include interview scheduling, candidate communication, candidate rescheduling and stage movement in ATS, especially during peak periods or for executive-level searches.
    • Assist with the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
  • Collaboration & Support:
    • Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment on processes and expectations.
    • Support onboarding processes by ensuring a smooth handover of new hire information to HR.
    • Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as required by the Talent Acquisition team.

You should have the following:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a recruiting operations and recruiting coordination/talent acquisition support role.
  • Proven experience with Greenhouse Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive and continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven company.
  • Familiarity with recruitment marketing and employer branding strategies.

US Salary Range

$80,000 - $120,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
