About the Role:
We're seeking a forward-thinking, tech savvy, and efficient nurse practitioner (APRN) to join our care team. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of MoldCo and revolutionize Mold Illness care.
You will be directly involved in making specialized care accessible to patients in our key launch states and soon nationwide. Your insights will be crucial in refining our clinical guidelines and driving innovation within our telehealth platforms and products.

Both part-time and full-time roles are available. The role is fully remote. For part-time positions, the role requires at least 20 hours per week of availability. You will report to our Medical Director. Candidates must be licensed in GA, NC, PA, MA, and NY.
You will:
- Provide virtual care (via video initial visits and asynchronous messaging) for patients with suspected mold toxicity, according to practice guidelines and our proprietary, evidence-based protocols
- Perform comprehensive health assessments, including thorough review of symptoms, medical history, and environmental factors
- Issue lab orders and prescription medications as appropriate
- Educate patients on the health impacts of mold exposure, and diagnostic and treatment options available via content on our platform
- Contribute to the ongoing development of our treatment protocols and digital health solutions
You have:
- Successful completion of APRN certification from an accredited program
- Active and in good standing APRN license in GA, NC, PA, MA, NY
- Start-up experience
- Abilities to handle high-volume communications from patients
- Proficiency in telemedicine and digital health platforms
- Experience learning new technology and thriving in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 3,600 hours of in-person clinical experience, supervised by a collaborating physician
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients virtually
- Strong ability to interface with patients virtually via a telehealth platform to provide necessary care and digital follow-up
Bonus points if you have:
- Certified and/or received specialized training in Mold Illness diagnosis and treatment
- Active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) license
- Active, unrestricted APRN license in any of these states: IL, NJ, OH, TX, FL, MI, CA
- Issued prescriptive authority in the state(s) you are licensed to practice in
- Experience in treatment and diagnosis of Mold Illness

- Clear communicator of treatment goals, objectives, and timelines to patients via async messaging and written articles

Benefits included:
- Competitive salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience and qualifications) with performance-based incentives and options package.
