Responsibilities:
Plan and direct the marketing program for the Cesium adhesive industry marketplace platform to build the demand for products and services offered by Cesium. Use experience with industrial adhesive engineering to identify, develop, or evaluate marketing strategy. Use experience with commercial product development, supply chain, research, development and testing of adhesives to develop a pricing strategy. Use experience translating research and development into customer requirements to evaluate the financial aspects of product development. Use experience with customer-facing roles and adhesive product recommendations to consult with product development personnel on product specifications. Use experience presenting technologies and products to technical and non-technical audiences to market Cesium services.
U.S. National travel to various unanticipated client’s worksites 2-4 times a year. May work remotely from home.
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Management, or related field;
- 2 years of experience as an Applications Engineer, or related job title;
- Experience with industrial adhesive engineering;
- Experience with commercial product development, supply chain, research, development and testing of adhesives;
- Experience with translating research and development into customer requirements;
- Experience with customer-facing role and adhesive product recommendation;
- Experience with presenting technologies and products to technical and non-technical audiences;
- U.S. National travel to various unanticipated client's worksites 2-4 times a year.
- May work remotely from home.
