Our portfolio companies are looking to scale their teams!
I’m looking to connect with Talent Acquisition professionals who meet all of the following criteria:
- You’ve worked with technical teams and taken the time to really, reallllllly, understand the product and clearly articulate its value to get candidates STOKED.
- You’ve filled roles across different skill sets (not just software — our portfolio companies are in deep tech, after all 🙂).
- You love maintaining a network of candidates, especially for roles where your hiring managers are seeking only the absolute best in their fields.
- You’re flexible — changes in priorities don’t scare you.
- You can wrangle hiring managers to follow a hiring process and maintain documentation (without letting it slow down the recruiting process!).
I'm open to candidates with just a couple years of recruiting experience, all the way up to Senior Recruiters. I have a few openings across the portfolio, a couple of which are on site in LA (El Segundo/South Bay), one remote, and one that can be remote/hybrid.
Comp ranges from $120K–$200K + equity (I always give our founders data on what fair pay looks like based on experience) + medical benefits.
