About The Role
Humane is seeking an Sr Enterprise Support Specialist to provide direct IT support to Humane team members and assist with ongoing projects like office build outs, asset management, and onboarding and offboarding flows. You will work cross-functionally to set-up and support the company’s technology needs in multiple offices to maximize the efficiency of our team members.
What You Might Do
- Provide frontline IT support to employees including troubleshooting, SaaS application changes, and equipment setupPartner with our Facilities Team to set up new office spaces, including computer, AV, and networking equipmentManage onboarding and offboarding of user accounts
- Provide support for network and AV systems for day-to-day use as well as for company meetings and events
- Oversee procurement and inventory of company equipment (laptops, mobile phones, AV equipment)
- Write, develop and maintain internal company tooling
- Configure, deploy and maintain company hardware
Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of startup IT support experience
- Deep understanding of macOS and iOS
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
Preferred Skills
- Previous administration of Google Workspace, Slack,or Office 365
- Knowledge of MDM and device management software
- Hands on experience with office build outs and moves
- Knowledge of video conferencing software (Meets, Zoom, etc.)
- Comfortable using command line tooling
- Scripting in Python, Javascript, Bash, App Script, etc.
- Strong collaboration & communication skills
- Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and have a passion for attention to detail
Salary range: $100-110k
